PODCASTING
Podcasts are audio or video files that are distributed over the World Wide Web. It’s described as an explosive medium as people are always looking for new ways to consume information and ‘listening’ is very unobtrusive. Podcasts enable interested listeners or viewers the option to be automatically notified (subscribe) when you update or add new podcasts. Podcasts can be listened to or viewed on most PC’s or Macs and mobile devices such as Mobile Phones, iPods®, Walkmans®, Laptops and PDA’s.

So how do I do it? After you have created your account simply upload your mp3 files to a folder on your website. Login to your account and copy and paste your podcast web-address into 'INSERT PODCAST URL' box, click publish. We then, 'what's called enclose and burn' a Podcast RSS feed and ‘ping’ (alert) the search engines and relevant directories of the new broadcast.
Where will I see my podcast? Users can find your podcast on keywords assigned to it and can subscribe (be automatically notified) when you update with another podcast.Your podcast will be found on industry portals and the main generics such as iTunes™, Google, Yahoo and MSN Live™. Users can also bookmark and your podcast in popular social networks such as Del.icio.us, Facebook®, Technorati, MySpace® and Ask®
